Shipping policy

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  1. TTPOST Courier Service
    • Cost: TT$30
    • Once payment has been registered in our account, your package will be dropped off and delivered to your home or place of work within 3-5 business days.
    • Disclaimer: Glowbox Cosmetics is not responsible for your package once it has been handed over to TTPOST.

  2. Private Courier Service
    • Cost: TT$37 - TT$67 (depending on customer location).
    • The courier will contact you directly to arrange package drop-off.
    • Disclaimer: Glowbox Cosmetics is not responsible for your package once it has been handed over to the courier.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation. Once processing is complete, the delivery time frame begins.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns

Glowbox Cosmetics does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products. We reserve the right to decline any requests for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Damaged Products

If your product(s) arrive damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact us via email at glowboxcosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Attach the following to your email:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s).

    • A screenshot of your order confirmation or receipt.

Resolution: In such cases, the damaged product(s) will be replaced. Replacement requests outside this policy will not be accommodated.
