Damaged Products

In the rare instance that your product arrives damaged, we are happy to assist. To request a replacement:

  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Clear photos showing the damage to the product.
    • A screenshot of your order confirmation or receipt.

 

If all requirements are met, we will replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
